Day-off. Sit-ups, push-ups and stretchering followed by a lunch time nap!!!! Back to the treadmill tomorrow. Looked at the photos from last year race. We can do this and have some fun doing it.
Tough to train in Dallas today... we had over 5" of rain.
Did 35 minutes on eliptical.... with weight vest and sauna shirt. Had a really good sweat ( much of which is on my kitchen floor where the eliptical is ) thanks the Lord for the Swiffer wet mop.
We can do this..... I'm not losing weight yet, but I am already feeling stronger and thus, more confident.
