Walked 3 miles with wait belt before Easter dinner. Then stuffed my face with a bunch of Turkey and Chocolate. Spent some time on mountain gear .com bought a emergency blanket...check... looked at some light weight packs and technical running shirts( bought one)...check. Week totals ending Saturday 30 miles. Would like to maintain that for a couple of weeks. Big worry HILLS need to come up with a plan besides the treadmill.

No hanging out in bars during the Quest you need to conserve energy.

On the runway in Phoenix.... gonna play golf in an LPGA ladies pro am.
After being told that I was pretty at the bar two nights ago, I'm thinking of hooking up with Natalie Gulbis ( if she's lucky ).
More importantly, the vision quest goes deep into it's third week... gotta figure out how to get two runs in between golf / meetings / dinners etc.

Didn't run on Easter, but did 3 hours of yard work... to include an hour and a half walking behind a lawn mower. I'm gonna claim that as a training day. My body sure feels like it was training yesterday. Good thing I REJECT pain, age and Hillary !
