Day 85
Good day that did not start off good. Hate Monday's. Planned to take the day-off after the 13 I did yesterday. But decided at the last minute to do an easy run to try and loosen up the legs and the weather was great. So I did 3 miles and went into the Y to do stomach work and stretch. Got back inside and my buddy Carmen was back doing the leg machine that he use to press the entire rack of weights. I was very happy to see him back as he looked good. Said it was tough to get back in again but he hopes to get back into his routine M-W-F. A good day !!

Did something similar, was not happy at all with my long run on Sunday... ran 4 and walked 2 in 100degree heat.
Sitting here watching msnbc.... this stock market is absolutely grueling to the downside.... I feel like it has been since 2000.
We need Obama Zama to fix this economic quagimire by raising taxes, inhibiting capital, promoting socialism and therefore, reducing the American spirit for risk taking and Hard work. Sounds great for a generation or two and then what ? We can all vacation for 8 weeks in China !
